- You have a bachelor’s degree and/or proven experience in a similar position. Experience in the agri-food sector is an asset.
- You have at least 5 years’ experience in team management.
- You have a technical aptitude that enables you to understand industrial equipment and the manufacturing process.
- You have good planning and organizational skills (conceptual abilities).
- You have good communication skills and position yourself as a leader/coach.
- You are ready to work in 2 breaks: 6-14 / 14-22.
- You are solution-oriented and have good analytical skills.
- You have an ” SME spirit ” and a sense of responsibility
We expect you to…
Reporting to the Production Manager, you will supervise day-to-day operations to ensure efficient production in line with regulatory requirements. Thanks to your participative leadership and your presence in the field, you enthusiastically support your teams. You will work a two-break schedule (morning and afternoon).
Your main responsibilities are as follows:
- Ensure daily monitoring of production, both in terms of personnel and operational fluidity.
- Ensure that your team meets its efficiency targets.
- Actively contribute to improving production line performance, by encouraging the participation of your team.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety, product quality andhygiene standards.
- Develop action plans in response to internal non-conformities and customer complaints.
- Encourage personal development, coaching andinvolvement for every member of your team.
- Manage your team members’ performance appraisals.
