Why choose our cereal extracts?

We work with flour from a wide variety of cereals rather than using starch alone as in conventional glucose production.

What makes our process unique is the filtration step which separates the juice from the insoluble solids.

This step is carried out exclusively through mechanical filtration without the use of conventional chemical agents or processes such as demineralization.

As a result, we preserve as much as possible of the raw material’s nutrients and distinctive characteristics including its natural taste and colour.

This approach enables clean, short and clear ingredient declarations.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between unrefined cereal syrup and glucose syrup?

A cereal syrup is produced from flour rather than solely from starch as is the case in conventional glucose production. By avoiding refining and using environmentally friendly processes, the product’s natural benefits are retained. As a result, it helps preserve the cereal’s natural color, minerals, and flavor, and therefore can be labeled as “rice syrup” or “oat syrup” rather than “glucose syrup.”

Are your products available in both organic and conventional versions?

Yes, the Sipal® range is certified organic. The Natu® range uses the same unrefined process on conventional raw materials. Most ingredients are available in either version.

How can I get the detailed technical specifications?

Each product has its own technical data sheet which includes the relevant specifications. Technical data sheets are available on request.

What packaging formats do you offer?

Packaging formats depend on the product and its source. Liquid syrups come in buckets, drums, IBCs, and bulk packaging. Powders are available in bulk bags of various sizes. The appropriate size should be discussed with the sales team based on the volume and destination.

Can we develop a custom solution?

Yes, we support you from initial concept through industrial rollout, giving you one clear point of contact at every step.
